Empowerment Groups & Resources

Senior Care

We offer prayer, support and in home care for seniors that are not able to care for themselves or may not have access to proper care. These services are free of charge.  

Fit, Whole & Healthy Concepts 

Our focus is not on diets but on healthy eating, drinking plenty of water and daily movement. It is about healthy nourishment of mind, body, soul and spirit.

Single Parents Support

From a listening ear or assistance with day to day activities, to meals, transportation and rental assistance, we are here to support single parents.
