With hands on workshops, leadership seminars, prison impact ministry, physical fitness support groups and community events, empowering individuals to prosper physically, socially, economically and spiritually.

Our Story
This mission for empowerment has been supporting the community for almost 28 years. Prosperity Ministries was founded in 1997 with a small community of believers. Today, a shift has been made, it still serves as a platform for ministry through training and development; it's framework of operation is in work. The vision remains intact
The mission is to empower every individual engaged to prosper for the purpose for which God created. This is a business that does ministry; and a ministry which does business. This is not a church, but it can serve leaders as a parachurch - one who works alongside churches. A resource to the community and a trusted resource.
The overarching goal is to bring clarity to prosperity. It is so much more than money. It is to understand economics that is study the structure and resources and how they affect our daily lives. This mission brings to all of us what God says about prospering.
It operates the belief that lives can be transformed by the renewing of minds. Offering a hand up versus a hand out. Making our foundation sure, it starts and ends with Christ. The word of God changes lives, and the power of prayer knows no limits. For 28 years this has been its' mentality with the prison impact ministry, community outreach and training. It has been seen firsthand how training, development and preparation can empower people to reach new goals and do amazing things.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Leader, Trainer, Facilitator, Counselor, Coach & Author
Mary is a woman who loves God and is passionate about the needs of His people. She couples 40+ years in Ministry, with 30+ years as a Corporate IT Professional into a Community Outreach for Empowerment Mission. She is also an ordained Baptist Minister.
Mary graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wilmington University with a BS in Business Management and obtained a Certificate in Training & Staff Development. She is a Certified Prison Impact Facilitator & Trainer and Certified Biblical Counselor. She received a Diploma in Biblical Studies from Truth Bible Institute and Cairn University (formerly Philadelphia Biblical University). Studied Computer Sciences at University of Delaware.
Her stance: "Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying; whom shall I send or who will go for us? Then said I, here am I send me."
Mary is a motivator and a consultant for Prison Impact. One of the entities that has fueled her passion for this work is seeing so many, especially within the body of Christ, who do not understand what is meant by Biblical prosperity. She believes she has received a mandate for bringing clarity on the topic and at age 70 authored her first book,
"Arise, Go Forth & Prosper." Although she has the uncanny ability to love and connect with all people, like Esther of the scriptures, her heart is burdened for such a time as this, for her own people - the African-American race.
CFO & Prayer Ministry Leader
Sarah has served as CFO the overseer of PM Inc finances and is a prayer warrior who is skilled in intercessory prayer. She facilitates prayer sessions for the CREM Ministry and is a Trainer and Financial Literacy Facilitator.
Sarah is a Skilled Trustee of the church and other community organizations. Even now a senior herself, still her love and passion for seniors is evident. She has retired from her work as an International Customer Service Representative and is a skilled SAP Rep from the corporation and the Fashion Jewelry Consultant.
Sarah has the heart of a giver. She opens her hand to the poor and the needy and extends them to help the less fortunate. He/she who blesses the poor is wise. Sarah is a wise woman of God.
She now serves as Vice President of the women's auxiliary for Delaware Missionary Association of churches.
Spiritual Empowerment Director
Ronetta has served is our Spiritual Empowerment Director and a Member of our Executive Team in an administrative role. Ronetta is passionate about the Word of God! She believes her purpose is to help equip persons for ministry through the Word of God. Equipping enables a person to reach his or her full spiritual potential and God has allowed Ronetta to accomplish this through teaching, counseling, and training.
Prosperity Ministries has been a ministry where she served in this capacity. Her calling to minister in the Word of God was uniquely aligned with this vision and mission. Ronetta also teaches Bible Study in the community and teaches in churches. She now functions as the Pastor's Steward at her church. Ronetta has a B.S. degree in Bible with an emphasis on leadership. She is a certified Biblical counselor. Ronetta is also skilled as an executive admin, planner, and organizer. She presses towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Her favorite Scripture Isaiah 40:31 "They wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength....."
Health & Fitness Challenge Coordinator and Conference Facilitator
Sherise has been connected to this ministry since its inception. She has coordinated the health and fitness challenges and act as conference facilitator. In addition to her passion for wellness, she is an experienced Mechanical Engineer and Systems Engineering Manager who graduated from the University of DE with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She received her MBA from UMASS and is a Licensed Cosmetologist and trained Aerobics Instructor.
She has facilitated the Single Parents Assistance effort.
Sherise is an entrepreneur who the pioneer of Nervy Girl, Inc. and a natural born problem solver. She believes above all to
"trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."
